LIFE Outreach Mission Feeding
In 2008, J4F is partnering with LIFE Outreach International to help feed malnourished,
hungry children in Africa. Today in Africa, so many children are living
with the fear of hunger and dying from lack of food and nutrition. Through
the LIFE Outreach Mission Feeding program, hundreds of thousands receive emergency
food supplies to sustain them through famine, drought, war, and other difficult
times.
To date, LIFE Outreach works in nearly 40 countries, including Africa. LIFE Outreach
works with ministries already established in developing countries. “When we find
an effective outreach, we try to undergird and strengthen it,” explains
LIFE Outreach's founder, James
Robinson.
J4F plans to raise money for
LIFE Outreach's Mission Feeding program through business sponsors and individual
donations. You will have the opportunity to learn more about this important
mission. Read the
letter from Life Outreach International for details as to where your money is
used. Simply put, the designation on your check (write "Mission
Feeding" in the memo section) and 100% of your gift will be sent to that area
of outreach. Also, all donations
gathered using J4F's website, http://www.AmbassadorsForLife.org/Journey4Faith,
are
automatically designated toward Mission Feeding.

- Every day in developing countries, 30,500 children under 5 years old die of preventable diseases resulting from hunger.
- Africa is the only continent to have grown poorer in the past 25 years; millions have died through famine, disease, and war.
